LONGBOW (BOW) is an ERC-404 hybrid asset on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663): one contract that is simultaneously a fungible token and an NFT collection.

The core idea: hold 1.0 BOW → you hold 1 Bow NFT. Hold 3.7 BOW → 3 Bows. Fungible liquidity and NFT ownership in a single asset.

Get ETH on Robinhood Chain. Bridge from Ethereum via the canonical Arbitrum-style bridge — or let Uniswap bridge for you during the swap (it supports one-flow bridging into 4663).
Buy BOW (next section). Whole units arrive as Bow NFTs automatically.

HOW TO BUY BOW

BOW trades on Uniswap V4 on Robinhood Chain. The official Uniswap app routes it — including bridging in from Ethereum and other chains in the same flow.

NFTs mint themselves. When your purchase crosses whole BOW units, Bow NFTs are minted to your wallet inside the same swap transaction. Buying 2.5 BOW draws 2 Bows. Gas scales slightly with each Bow drawn — that's the standard, expected cost of ERC-404.

Verify the contract. Only trust BOW at 0xD312cA8C2F14eD8710566270E75cF8c105d2c65f. Anything else with the same name is not LONGBOW.

ERC-404 MECHANICS

DRAWING AND UNSTRINGING

Your Bow count always equals your whole-unit BOW balance (floor).
Cross a whole unit upward (0.9 → 1.1 BOW): a Bow is MINTed to you.
Drop below a whole unit (1.1 → 0.9 BOW): one of your Bows is BURNed ("unstrung") and its id goes to the bank.
The id bank recycles. Burned ids are reused before new serials are minted — so Bow #14 can be unstrung by one trader and later drawn by another. Serials run 1–404 with a high-bit prefix on-chain.

TRANSFERRING A BOW DIRECTLY

Sending a Bow NFT moves its underlying 1.0 BOW with it — they are the same asset. Selling a fraction of your balance can unstring a Bow; that's not a bug, it's the design.

EXEMPT ADDRESSES

Pools and infrastructure can be marked ERC-721-transfer-exempt: they hold only the fungible side, never NFTs. This keeps swap gas low. Raw Bow NFTs cannot be sent to exempt addresses.

TRADING & THE POOL

BOW liquidity currently lives in a Uniswap V3 pool (WETH/BOW, 1% fee tier); trades route through the UniversalRouter. The app auto-detects the live venue (V3 or V4) on-chain, so if liquidity ever moves, trading keeps working without changes.

The app swaps natively. The EXCHANGE tab quotes straight from the pool's live on-chain state (exact concentrated-liquidity math, validated to the wei against Uniswap's own quoter) and executes through the UniversalRouter with calldata built identically to the official app. ETH→BOW needs no approvals; the first BOW→ETH sell asks for one-time Permit2 approvals — the same system Uniswap uses.

In the LEDGER, transfers out of the PoolManager are tagged BUY and transfers into it SELL. The BOW price shown reads the pool's sqrtPriceX96 directly — exact, not estimated.

THE FLETCHER'S HALL

The Hall is LONGBOW's own on-chain marketplace for specific Bows — when you want Bow #7, not just any 1.0 BOW from the pool.

List: ARMORY → set a price in ETH → LIST. Your Bow (and its 1.0 BOW) moves into escrow. First listing asks a one-time approval transaction.
Buy: HALL → BUY NOW → pay the exact price. The Bow + its unit transfer to you instantly; the seller is paid in the same transaction, minus the house fee shown at the top of the HALL tab.
Withdraw / re-price: your own listings show those controls in the HALL and in PORTFOLIO.

Escrow means safe. A listed Bow can't be double-sold or rugged mid-sale — the contract holds it until purchase or withdrawal. All source code is public and verified.

Wallets: the app speaks EIP-6963 — MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Coinbase, OKX, Backpack and others all work; if several are installed you get a picker. On mobile, open the site inside your wallet's browser (the app offers one-tap links). Press the coin button again to disconnect.

FAQ

MY BOW NFT DISAPPEARED — WAS I HACKED?

Almost certainly not. If your balance dropped below a whole unit (say 1.0 → 0.8 BOW), the Bow was unstrung by design. Buy back above 1.0 and a Bow is drawn again (possibly a different serial — ids recycle through the bank).

WHY DOES SWAP GAS VARY?

Each whole unit crossing mints or burns an NFT inside the swap. More Bows drawn = more gas. It's the standard ERC-404 trade-off.

CAN NEW BOW EVER BE MINTED?

No. Supply is a compile-time constant: 404 BOW, max 404 Bows. There is no mint function in the contract.

WHY DID I GET BOW #14 WHEN SOMEONE ELSE HAD IT BEFORE?

The id bank. When a Bow is unstrung its serial is banked and reused for the next draw. Serials are recycled; artwork follows the serial.

IS THE CODE AUDITED?

The contracts are open-source, verified on the explorer, and covered by an execution test suite — but they have not had a professional third-party audit. Trade accordingly.

FOR THE OWNER

Admin operations are UI-visible only to the admin wallet, and on-chain they are onlyOwner — buttons do nothing without the owner's signature.

Exempt the pool: CHARTER → ADMIN CONSOLE → EXEMPT (prefilled with the PoolManager). Cuts NFT mint/burn out of every swap.
Set metadata: upload Bow metadata via SERVER ADMIN, then set base URI to https://<your-app>/metadata/.
Publish addresses: SERVER ADMIN → PUSH — visitors auto-load the config.
